5.2. Cancellation. You can cancel your paid subscription at any time. Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. These Terms do not override any mandatory local laws regarding your cancellation rights.

All such proceedings shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the SIAC for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Singapore, and the arbitration shall be conducted in English.
